Privacy Policy
Effective October 16, 2026
JukeForce ("JukeForce," "we," "us") provides booking, scheduling, invoicing and marketing software for event and party rental businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through jukeforce.com, the JukeForce admin and booking applications, and our API (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who this policy covers
- Businesses that use JukeForce to run their rental company, and their staff ("Customers").
- Their clients — people who request quotes, book events or pay through booking pages a Customer runs on JukeForce ("End Clients").
- Visitors to jukeforce.com.
When a Customer uses JukeForce to manage information about its End Clients, the Customer decides what is collected and why, and JukeForce processes that information on the Customer's behalf. End Clients should also read the privacy policy of the business they are booking with.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: name, email address, phone number, password and role.
- Business details: company name, addresses, locations, packages, prices, policies and settings.
- Booking information: event dates, times and venues, guest counts, notes, quotes, invoices, signed agreements, feedback and messages.
- Payment information: payments are handled by our payment processors. We store limited details such as the amount, date, status and the last digits of a card, not full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and dates and times of access.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure use and, where a Customer enables it, run analytics tags.
- Lead-source information: when someone requests a quote, the booking page may record how they arrived (for example the referring website, campaign tags in the link, the first page visited, or an ad click identifier) so the Customer can see which marketing produced the inquiry.
Information from connected services
Customers can connect outside accounts to JukeForce, such as Google Ads, Google Search Console, Facebook Pages, Instagram and phone or messaging providers. When they do, we receive the information described in the sections below for those services.
Google user data
If a Customer connects a Google account, JukeForce requests only the access needed for the features the Customer turns on:
- Basic profile (name and email address), to show which Google account is connected.
- Google Ads (the
adwordsscope): to read the Customer's campaign names, costs, clicks and conversion figures for reporting, and to send the Customer's own booking results back to their Google Ads account as offline conversions. These conversions may include the ad click identifier recorded with the inquiry, the booking value and time, and, if the Customer enables enhanced conversions, a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of the End Client's email address or phone number. - Google Search Console (read-only): to read the search queries, pages, clicks, impressions and positions for the Customer's website.
We use Google user data only to provide and improve these user-facing features for the Customer who connected the account. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, use it to build profiles of individuals, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence models. We do not allow people to read it unless the Customer asks us to (for example for support), it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data has been aggregated and made anonymous for internal operations.
JukeForce's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google access tokens are stored encrypted. A Customer can disconnect a Google account at any time in JukeForce (Settings → Marketing) or from their Google account permissions. When an account is disconnected we stop using its tokens and revoke them with Google. Reporting data already copied from Google is kept with the Customer's account and deleted when the Customer asks us to or closes their account.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) data
If a Customer connects a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, we receive the Page or account name, identifiers, picture and the permissions needed to publish the Customer's posts and read basic results. We use this only to publish and report on the Customer's own content, and we delete it when the Customer disconnects the account or asks us to.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and secure the Service, and to process bookings and payments.
- To send messages the Service is built to send, such as quotes, confirmations, reminders and receipts, by email or text message on the Customer's behalf.
- To provide reporting, including where leads came from and how marketing performs.
- To respond to support requests and communicate about the Service.
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- With the Customer whose booking page or account the information belongs to.
- With service providers that host, store, send email or text messages, process payments, or otherwise help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of the information.
- With outside services a Customer chooses to connect, as directed by that Customer.
- When required by law, to protect rights, safety or property, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Retention
We keep information for as long as the Customer's account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it, except where we must keep it longer for legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution reasons.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information, including encryption in transit and encryption of stored credentials for connected services. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- Customers can view, update or delete most information in their JukeForce account.
- End Clients should contact the business they booked with; we will help that business respond.
- You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information, or opt out of non-essential messages, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
- You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify Customers by email or in the Service.
